Modern Healthcare ranks Brasfield & Gorrie No. 3 Healthcare General Contractor

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (March 28, 2017) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced that the company has been ranked among the top general contracting companies in the nation by Modern Healthcare. In its 2017 survey of construction and design companies, Modern Healthcare magazine ranked Brasfield & Gorrie No. 3 among the top general contracting companies in healthcare construction, based on 2016 revenues.

“Our work in the healthcare market spanned 13 states in 2016 and our legacy of serving this sector spans more than 50 years,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Regional President Todd Jackson. “We look forward to continuing our work delivering outstanding healthcare construction projects.”

Brasfield & Gorrie landed near the top of the list with more than $1.04 billion in dollar volume for completed healthcare construction projects in 2016. The company built more than 3.8 million square feet of healthcare projects in 2016.

Modern Healthcare has consistently ranked Brasfield & Gorrie as one of the nation’s top healthcare general contractors since 1998.
