In a Brasfield and Gorrie Science and Technology project, a laboratory bustles with five individuals in white lab coats, each diligently working at various stations surrounded by shelves and tables.

The laboratories and advanced manufacturing facilities of today are paving the way for a brighter tomorrow. From life science campus developments to university research centers, this sector’s growing in a big way, and we’re well versed in building optimal environments for intellectual development and advancement.

What our clients are saying

"The Brasfield & Gorrie team were exceptional during the precon phase. [They] all were on top of budget impacts with design and help work towards a solution rather than just stating things were outside of budget."

Hanbury

"We have never had a better general contractor on our projects. Our team assigned IHMC is exceptional."

Florida Institute for Human & Machine Cognition

"I have worked with three different general contractors in the past. Brasfield & Gorrie is by far the most professional and easiest to work with general contractor that we've used. Thank you."
