Phase I of The Hoover Metropolitan Complex included a 155,000 sq ft indoor events center, outdoor sports fields, tennis complex, and RV park expansion. The indoor events center, The Finley Center, includes a walking track, performance center, food court, convenience store, locker rooms, flexible meeting space, and clip ‘n climb attraction. The Finley Center is multi-use and capable of hosting a variety of functions and sporting activities. The facility can accommodate 11 regulation-size basketball courts or 17 regulation-size volleyball courts, trade shows with 300 booths, or 2,400-seat banquets and theater-style seating for 5,000. Space within the center can be divided, allowing multiple activities to take place at the same time.

Phase II of The Hoover Metropolitan Complex includes five NCAA regulation-size soccer/football/lacrosse fields (can be converted to 10 youth fields), five NCAA regulation-size baseball/softball fields (four with artificial turf, one with natural grass), 16 tennis courts with pro shop, a two-mile walking track, a playground, a splash pad, and a large event lawn. The existing RV park will expand from 149 to 172 spaces with full hook-ups. Additional parking will provide approximately 5,000 on-site spaces.
