Brasfield & Gorrie tops out bed tower at Ascension Seton Williamson
August 21, 2025

Brasfield & Gorrie recently celebrated a major milestone at Ascension Seton Williamson: the topping out of the hospital’s new bed tower. It’s the latest sign of progress on a project that will expand access to healthcare in one of the fastest-growing areas of Texas.
The 152,000 square foot tower is the centerpiece of a broader effort to upgrade and expand the Round Rock campus. 100,000 square feet of renovations and expansions are also underway across the surgery and emergency departments, medical office building and elsewhere to create space for more patients and provide stronger support to caregivers.
“Topping out is always a meaningful moment for our teams,” said Susan Stabler, regional vice president and division manager at Brasfield & Gorrie. “It represents months of hard work, coordination and craftsmanship—all with the goal of creating a space that will serve patients and support caregivers. We’re honored to be part of a project that that will support healing, meet growing demand and strengthen this community for years to come.”
“Topping out is an exciting milestone for our new facility,” said Andrew Gnann, president of Ascension Seton Williamson. “We are one step closer to expanding our footprint in Williamson County and enhancing our ministry’s mission to provide high quality, compassionate care to those we are privileged to serve.”
The Ascension Seton Williamson project builds on Brasfield & Gorrie’s 33-year, 150-project track record of healthcare construction in Texas. The company is building on a presence in Central Texas that dates to 2002. Brasfield & Gorrie underscored this commitment to growing Texas with the opening of a Dallas office in 2011.
