Brasfield & Gorrie completes phase one of Raleigh’s Spark Campus

From breaking ground to ground-breaking research, our team has completed phase one of the Spark Campus in Raleigh. We self-performed more than 10,000 cubic yards of concrete for this 97-acre site, including the foundations, cast-in-place walls, slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal deck, hardscapes, and parts of the sitework package.

This first phase delivered research and development space, two biomanufacturing buildings, a fitness center, an amenities building, a leasing and conference center, and a 966-space parking deck. We’re positioned to support the next phases of development, advancing the Triangle region’s growing research and manufacturing industry.
