A Mentorship Success Story

January 24, 2022

A man in a striped shirt reviews a document at his desk in a busy office environment, illustrating a mentorship success story.

Upstate Business Journal and SC Biz News both recently profiled our long-time partner Jordon Construction Company and its owner, James Jordon. Brasfield & Gorrie first began working with James on ONE Center in Greenville, South Carolina. Many of our team members have mentored and collaborated with him across several market sectors in the past decade. Two vice presidents in our federal division also support James through the U.S. Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Agreement. James is also part of a minority peer-to-peer exchange, through which several of Brasfield & Gorrie’s minority general contractor partners share everyday experiences, learn from one another and discuss growth opportunities with members of our team. We’re grateful to be a small part of James’ story, and we’re excited to continue our partnership.
