Brasfield & Gorrie Celebrates Topping Out of Omni PGA Frisco Resort

The highly anticipated Omni PGA Frisco Resort recently celebrated its topping out with an official ceremony that marked a major milestone for the country’s largest resort currently in development. Slated to open spring 2023, the resort will boast 510 luxury guest rooms and Texas ranch homes, a dynamic mix of entertainment, dining, and retail, and two championship golf courses, representing a $520 million investment into the City of Frisco. 

Omni Hotels & Resorts, general contractors Brasfield & Gorrie, and SB Architects participated in the traditional ceremony, which included placing an evergreen atop the building along with the American flag, and an unveiling of the resort’s model guestrooms.

“Topping out is an opportunity to celebrate the work of the hundreds of teammates who have built this hotel structure. Their efforts make this exciting project possible,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Regional Vice President and Division Manager Jason Weeks. “We’re also grateful for our ongoing relationship with Omni Hotels & Resorts and TRT Holdings, for whom we’ve previously built the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel, TRT Holdings Headquarters, and other projects.”
