Union General Health System Medical Office Building

Located in Blairsville, Georgia, the Union General Health System Medical Office Building project expanded the health system’s outpatient footprint with a new three-story, 41,000 sq ft medical office building designed to bring more physician services closer to the community it serves. The project also included construction of a surface parking lot to accommodate 400 new parking spaces. Services provided in the medical office building include orthopedics, OB/GYN, and heart and vascular care.
