Twelve24 Office Building and Insight Global Tenant Improvements

This 16-story office building provided Insight Global with a new company headquarters. But it was a significant project for Brasfield & Gorrie as well. Because the building was made up of cast-in-place concrete with a full curtain wall façade, our project team self-performed the entire structure, including pouring all concrete and placing the rebar. This helped us achieve optimum efficiency and sustainability on this award-winning project, which achieved LEED certification.
