Spirit Airlines HQ

When Spirit Airlines decided to relocate their headquarters to Dania Beach, Florida, Brasfield & Gorrie stepped up to take on this complex build. The campus is anchored by an office building that serves as a training hub for new pilots and flight attendants. This centerpiece is surrounded by modern structures like a simulator building that houses eight full-motion flight simulators as well as other training equipment and an amenities building that includes a cafeteria and a gym. The build included a corporate residence building with 200 units and a parking deck.
