Brasfield & Gorrie transformed a vacant parking lot into this nine-story mixed-use office tower that sits majestically at the southern gateway to Downtown Nashville. Along with building out plenty of restaurant and retail spaces, our team completed custom interior improvements for Concord, Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation, and Fourth Capital, three of the tower’s main tenants. We took an innovative and sustainable approach to this successful project, self-performing all of the concrete structure and earning a LEED Silver certification.
