In fact, this award-winning 26-story tower is a great example of an office building designed for a post-COVID world, one where each floor has its own HVAC system fitted with ultraviolet coil lights and MERV 13 filter kits. Our team self-performed the concrete structure and outfitted the building with modern features like touchless bathrooms and elevators.
