This fast-track interior build-out brought a state-of-the-art laboratory facility to North Carolina’s Research Triangle. The project includes commercial lab space for DNA sequencing operations, accessioning, reagent manufacturing, a PCR lab, and staging for tech transfers. It also has ample warehouse and cold storage as well as open offices and conference space.

Completed in just six months, GRAIL enables a team of leading scientists, technologists, and clinicians to take meaningful steps in revolutionizing cancer detection.
