ATL5 and ATL6 Douglasville

The ATL5 project includes a warehouse conversion with five 35,000 sq ft data halls and a build-out of a two-story, 18,000 sq ft office. Other work includes site utility, paving, and landscaping. The building encompasses 207,000 sq ft total, which features 175,000 sq ft of white space that includes five 4.5 MW, 35,000 sq ft data halls. The total critical IT load is 22.5 MW. This is a greenfield colocation project.

The ATL6 project includes a warehouse conversion with eight 23,300 sq ft data halls and a two-story office space with a mezzanine on the second floor. The building encompasses 327,000 sq ft total, which features 116,500 sq ft of white space that includes eight 4.5 MW, 23,300 sq ft data halls. The total critical IT load is 36 MW. This is a greenfield colocation project.
