Brasfield & Gorrie has worked in the Raleigh market for more than 30 years. Established in 1998, our Raleigh office is situated just inside the Beltline at Glenwood Place near the heart of downtown Raleigh and Research Triangle Park. Our work in the area spans a variety of market sectors including commercial, industrial, mission critical, higher education, hospitality, healthcare, life science, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, multifamily, and senior living. Notable projects in the area include North Hills Expansion, GRAIL Research Facility and Park Point, Hayes Barton Place, the WakeMed North Hospital expansion, Raleigh Iron Works, the UNC Rex Healthcare Cancer Center, Spark Campus, and the Bandwidth, Inc. Headquarters.

From serving on nonprofit boards to volunteering in the community to sponsoring fundraising events, the Raleigh office is committed to giving back to the community that has allowed us to grow and prosper. A few of our key community partners and initiatives include The Salvation Army of Wake County, the North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals, Blood Cancer United, Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, the American Heart Association, The WakeMed Foundation, the Raleigh Police Foundation, and Note in the Pocket.

Brasfield & Gorrie tops out Wake Tech Perry Family Simulation Hospital
