Client:

Project Size:
132,000 sq ft

Recognition:

ABC Excellence in Construction Eagle Award

The Jaguars Club renovation included the removal of two sections of structural bowl—approximately 9,000 seats at the 50-yard line—on the east and west sides of the stadium in the 200 and 400 levels. Renovation and expansion of these areas featured new structure, deck, and curtain wall exterior to provide club members with a view of the game from inside or outside. Changes to the 132,000 sq ft club space included the addition or renovation of more than a dozen bars. Outside the club area, eight concession areas, 10 multi-user toilet room areas, locker rooms, grand entrances/staircases, and atrium areas were also renovated.

Enhancing the fan experience, the South End Zone renovation created a new tunnel through the end zone and a fan zone featuring bars and viewing areas for watching the team enter the field through the tunnel. This renovation included the removal and relocation of utility infrastructure, concession stands, and more than 1,000 seats.
