Ginsburg Tower is a 15-story, 664,000 sq ft tower expansion at AdventHealth’s main campus in Orlando, Florida. This expansion, which was one of the largest in Central Florida, added 455 beds, a cardiac program, a new emergency department, 10 catheterization units, and a parking garage. The project was constructed at the existing front entrance of the fully operational facility.

The tower is a conventional concrete beam and joist system atop a 5-foot-thick mat foundation. The building exterior is predominantly curtain wall and architectural precast with metal panel elements. An elevated pedestrian bridge connects the tower to the expanded Alden Street parking garage.
