Part of Marriott’s Autograph collection of boutique hotels, the 178-room Epicurean Hotel is a part of the 1105 West Peachtree development in Midtown, which includes a 31-story office complex and a 64-unit luxury condominium building. The hotel is culinary-themed, complete with three dining concepts and The Epicurean Theatre, a 1,964 sq ft event space with a state-of-the-art kitchen and classroom that can seat up to 80 attendees. The hotel will regularly host chefs, bartenders, and winemakers for cooking classes and shows. The hotel also includes a ballroom that seats 130 guests, meeting rooms, and a fitness center. The Sky Terrace on the ninth floor includes a one-acre park overlooking skyline views of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. The park connects all three buildings and includes a pool, pool cabanas, a firepit, a restaurant, and a bar.
