Where craftsmanship meets the coastline

We’ve topped out at The Surf Club at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, a new oceanfront hospitality facility featuring pools, restaurants, meeting spaces, and guest rooms.

We self-performed the concrete on this project, including:

80,000 manhours worked
6,600 cubic yards of concrete placed, enough to fill up two Olympic-sized swimming pools
478 tons of rebar installed. That’s roughly the same weight as 191 Ford F-150s!

Instead of a traditional beam signing, the team signed a concrete wall to honor the self-perform work. From the demolition of the existing surf club to the ground-up construction of the new facility, this milestone belongs to the team turning plans into progress.
