Brasfield & Gorrie tops out Fleet Landing Senior Living Community

We’re reaching new heights in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and every person in this crowd had a hand in getting us there. We placed the final beam on Fleet Landing Senior Living Community, a 30-acre, 447,254-square-foot development that will bring thoughtfully designed senior living options to the community.

This project will include independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences, along with a performing arts center, parking garage, and outdoor spaces for cultural programming.
