Brasfield & Gorrie completes new multifamily tower overlooking Piedmont Park

Brasfield & Gorrie recently completed construction of Azure on the Park, a new 25-story apartment tower overlooking Atlanta’s Piedmont Park. With 329 luxury apartments, the building features unique amenities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, dog run and grooming area, and an acrylic-edge pool cantilevered off the building’s edge—a feature that is the first of its kind for the state of Georgia.

Brasfield & Gorrie also completed an adjacent five-level building and seven-level parking deck.

Serving as general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie teamed with architect Rafael A. Garcia and Associates on this project for Atlantic Realty Partners.
