WestLawn at BullStreet

The BullStreet District is the largest urban development east of the Mississippi River, and WestLawn added a unique new element to the campus. This five-story building was the first private office space in the Columbia area to be constructed with cross-laminated mass timber, a sustainable product that reduces the structure’s carbon footprint. Several oak trees were harvested during the land clearing at the development, and that wood will be refinished and used for the building’s wall coverings.
