University of Georgia Special Collections Library

Housing over 250,000 published volumes and thousands of other manuscripts and recordings, this five-story facility taken the university’s research capabilities to new heights. The building consolidates the unique cultural and educational resources of UGA’s three special collections libraries on a vault level, an exhibit level, and a reading level. With exhibition spaces, event spaces, a film preservation space, and a lecture hall, students now have an even bigger treasure trove of history at their fingertips.
