University of Florida Exactech Arena at Stephen C. O'Connell Center

We stripped this arena to its bones, keeping strategic design and amenity improvements in mind to give fans a dramatic new experience. We added premium seating areas and a state-of-the-art, center-hung scoreboard and audio/visual system. We also upgraded team spaces, enhanced the concourse, and significantly expanded the lobby. Through teamwork, a constant effort to maintain coordination schedules, and extensive use of virtual design and construction (VDC) services, we delivered this arena in only 14 months.
