This award-winning manufacturing facility required strategic problem-solving from our team. For example, the insurance policy required a 120,000-gallon holding tank for the sprinkler system, but the client didn’t want large, visible tanks on the property, and putting them below ground would’ve caused different problems. After a meeting of the minds, the client approved of a holding pond as a substitute. The project team worked through design changes and safety challenges all while mitigating scheduling impacts, adding manpower when necessary to help Arthrex meet their ambitious goal.
