CSX Bridge Replacement at Tanyard Creek

The substructure replacement of the CSX bridge over Tanyard Creek consisted of installing eight steel pipe pile foundations with rock sockets, four precast bent caps, and two retaining walls. To reach the bridge location, the project team constructed site access through the middle of a crowded City of Atlanta park.
