The Julian Apartments at Orlando’s Creative Village Now Open

The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, together with Ustler Development, Inc., recently announced the grand opening of The Julian Apartments at Creative Village.

Located at 462 North Terry Avenue, Orlando, Florida, the 14-story building has 409 contemporary residences accompanied by 6,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and an integrated parking garage.

The Julian is the first market-rate apartment building with proximity to the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Valencia College Downtown Campus. It will serve as a cornerstone of Creative Village and this emerging Innovation District.

The Julian Apartments is managed by Asset Living. Baker Barrios is the architect and Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor.
