Paving the Way for Progress: Women in Construction Week

March 9, 2022

During Women in Construction Week, our industry comes together to celebrate the women who make a significant impact in our company, industry, and community. Each year we join the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) to highlight women as a visible component of the construction industry, to raise awareness of the opportunities available for women in construction, and to emphasize the growing role of women in the industry. In honor of WIC Week, we’re sharing advice, inspiration, and thoughts from several outstanding Brasfield & Gorrie women.

Today and every day we celebrate the hundreds of Brasfield & Gorrie women making a difference in our company and communities. Our celebration of inclusion will continue into next week with our internal Diversity and Inclusion Week. We’ll come together for companywide conversations and educational sessions to help us continue to grow as inclusive leaders.
