Orlando AIA Chapter Names Brasfield & Gorrie Contractor of the Year

Architectural association recognizes Brasfield & Gorrie

Orlando, Fla. (April 26, 2016) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced that the company has been named “Contractor of the Year” by the Orlando chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Presented during AIA Orlando’s 2016 Design Awards Gala in Orlando, Florida, the award recognizes a company or firm in Florida that has exemplified a sincere and genuine interest in effecting outstanding craftsmanship and workmanship in the performance of work.

“This honor reflects our commitment to excellence not only in building outstanding projects, but also in building relationships with our architecture and design partners, who are integral to our success,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Regional President Tim Dwyer.

During the ceremony, a project Brasfield & Gorrie constructed was honored for design excellence. Architect HKS Inc. received an award recognizing the design of Florida Hospital for Women, which Brasfield & Gorrie completed in January 2016.
