Brasfield & Gorrie Completes New Tractor Supply Company Headquarters

$59 million construction project completed in Brentwood
Nashville, Tenn. (Nov. 13, 2014) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced the completion of the new Tractor Supply Company corporate headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee.
The $59 million construction project included two four-story buildings totaling 260,000 sq ft as well as a connecting two-story atrium and a four-level parking deck with 1,000 spaces.
Approximately 900 Tractor Supply Company employees have moved into the new facility, which is referred to as the “Store Support Center” and has a total capacity of 1,200.
Serving as general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie teamed with Hastings Architecture Associates and Eakin Partners on this project, which began in January 2013 and was completed ahead of schedule.
The facility is pursuing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Silver certification.
