Brasfield & Gorrie Celebrates Completion of Redstone Gateway Office Building

Huntsville, Ala.— Brasfield & Gorrie, along with project owner COPT Development & Construction, are excited to announce the completion of the Redstone Gateway Office Building 1000.

The five-story, 120,500 sq ft office building, located at the main entrance of Redstone Arsenal, includes retail stores, and future restaurants and hotels. The building is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.

Brasfield & Gorrie was chosen as the general contractor on the project, while Gensler served as the architect.
