WellStar Vinings Health Park is a three-story, 213,000 sq ft medical office building that brings much-needed medical care to the Vinings, Smyrna, and South Cobb communities near Atlanta. This facility provides diagnostic and treatment services, including medical imaging, laboratory, cardiac, and sleep studies. It also houses urgent care, physical therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, a pharmacy, community education, health screening and wellness services, and a café. The project included a 2.5-level, 172-space precast parking deck.
