This conversion of existing UBS Tower office space into a call center for UBS Financial Services totaled 100,000 sq ft and included over six floors of renovations and infrastructure improvements.

The Tier II call center includes 1,200 sq ft of white space, supports a total critical IT load of 75 W/sq ft, and has space for 876 occupants. The facility includes three generators, two of which are redundant, and six chillers, four for comfort cooling and two for critical cooling, with one chiller of each type for redundancy. The new space has its own electrical service that uses a 4,000-amp paralleling switchgear and two 500 kVA UPS modules.
