The UAB Collat School of Business is a four-story, 110,000 sq ft business college located on the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s (UAB) campus in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. This new facility provides behavioral research, financial trading, sales and training laboratories, classrooms, meeting rooms, and a large landscaped courtyard. The three-story atrium provides ample spaces for social gatherings, career fairs, and other large events. The new Collat School of Business building has a FEMA-rated storm shelter located in the basement. The shelter can accommodate more than 200 people in the event of severe weather.
