The Tier III/IV Regions Operations Center is an approximately 460,122 sq ft building with a 21,401 sq ft central plant area, 15,000 sq ft of white space, 120 W/sq ft density, a total critical IT load capacity of 1.8 MW, and 2N redundancy. All floors are raised access systems, allowing space to house computer and data wiring and cables. Cooling is provided by two chilled water systems distributed to cooling coils in the air handling units and computer room units.
