This two-phase project consists of two precast and curtain wall skin towers with 45,000 sq ft of connected ground-floor retail space, including Tupelo Honey, a restaurant built out by Brasfield & Gorrie, and a branch of CertusBank, which was also built out by Brasfield & Gorrie.

The nine-story, 180,000 sq ft, $20.8 million North Office Tower Phase I includes two floors for Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, one floor of executive space for CertusBank, and one floor for Brasfield & Gorrie’s Greenville office, all built out by Brasfield & Gorrie.

The 11-story, 201,000 sq ft, $23.7 million West Office Tower Phase II includes seven floors for CertusBank, including auditorium and meeting rooms, and two floors for Smith Moore Leatherwood, all built out by Brasfield & Gorrie.
