Park Springs is a resort-style retirement community located at the foot of the famously carved Stone Mountain, just east of Atlanta. The community includes a 47,000 sq ft assisted living center, a 68,000 sq ft community building, a 7,000 sq ft pool building, and three apartment buildings. Within the 281,000 total sq ft are 180 units; 25 homes totaling 62,500 sq ft; and 50 cottages totaling 85,000 sq ft.

Brasfield & Gorrie built the four-story, 73,650 sq ft community center and completed all site work and building infrastructure for the entire site. This included constructing a dam and pond, installing all roads and utilities, and grading all parking lots.
