Following the success of the Omni Nashville Hotel, the Omni Louisville Hotel adds 600 rooms and 225 luxury apartments on 28 floors to Louisville’s growing downtown area. This 1.2 million sq ft project also offers an 18,000 sq ft grocery store, two restaurants, a spa and fitness center, a gaming area with a bowling alley, 300,000 sq ft of ballrooms and meeting space, and an 850-space parking deck.
