This 105,000 sq ft facility consists of production areas, a large-scale cooler, finished office spaces, and a quality assurance/quality control laboratory. Our scope of work also included a refrigerant system, a boiler system, and an air compressor system, all used in the manufacturing process.

A 3,100 sq ft design-build expansion followed soon after and included new filling and label rooms, ambient packaging, additional cooler and warehouse loading docks, and an office parking lot.
