This 23,000 sq ft progressive design-build project includes nine maintenance bays and features a bridge crane, a separate wash bay, lifts for large vehicles, a welding shop, a 5,000 sq ft mezzanine storage area, offices and break areas, and fueling stations. The facility includes gas detection and exhaust and make up air systems to service compressed natural gas (CNG) and traditionally fueled vehicles. The building is intended to service all of the Airport Authority’s mobile maintenance equipment vehicles operated by the airport.
