The Madison Healthplex is a two-story, 100,000 sq ft sportsplex and medical office building constructed on an 8-acre greenfield site. The structure of the field house and healthplex portion of the facility is premanufactured metal building; the medical office building is constructed of conventional structural steel. The sportsplex consists of a 15,000 sq ft workout facility with an indoor track, two large program rooms, full-service coffee shop, private massage rooms, and gender-specific showers, locker rooms, saunas, and steam rooms. The healthplex includes administrative offices and a large conference room. The natatorium features five pools, including a hot and cold plunge, therapy/warmup pool, and an Olympic-size swimming pool. An outdoor turf football field is located adjacent to the facility. The medical office building is home to Mississippi Sports Medicine, Mon Ami Spa and Laser Center, and Eye Group of Mississippi’s clinic, optical retail, and surgery center.
