This project consisted of construction of a new state-of-the-art nursing home and assisted living facility to replace Lutheran Haven’s then 52-year-old facility.

The project added 42 nursing home beds and 28 assisted living facility beds. Both the nursing home and assisted living facility included a mix of private and semi-private rooms to provide privacy as well as the option for couples or relatives to live together. Construction allowed for future expansion of either the nursing home or the assisted living facility, depending on Lutheran Haven’s long-term care delivery needs.
