The Lexington Medical Center Central Utility Building is a 64,000 sq ft building containing:

• 4,200 tons of chilled water with the ability to add another 2,400 tons
• 800 tons of low-temperature chilled water
• 1,300 hp steam boiler plant with the ability to add another 650 hp
• 4,160 V x 4,000 A electrical services to campus
• Three 2 MW x 4,160 V emergency generators with the ability to add three more
