This project consisted of a nine-story, 200,000 sq ft building with all tenant finishes and an underground parking level. Upper stories contained courtrooms with security access and judges’ suites.
This highly finished building included large quantities of millwork, marble, and granite. Exterior finishes consisted of Alabama limestone, Georgia granite, and glass curtain wall. The building housed seven large federal courtrooms, one ceremonial courtroom, and four magistrate courtrooms, each finished in mahogany paneling and hardwood trim. The courthouse was completed within budget and ahead of schedule.
