The Highland Avenue Water Treatment Plant Expansion increased plant capacity from 45 to 60 million gallons per day. Construction included a new filter building to house seven new filters; chemical feed facilities; administrative offices; a new UV disinfection/pump station; and upgrades to the existing holding basins, flocculation basins, sedimentation basins, auxiliary pump station, and existing filter building.
