Currently in preconstruction, Emerge Science Center is set to break ground in 2023. The campus of four, 4-story lab/office buildings will be constructed on a greenfield 22.5-acre site. Emerge Science Center is a purpose-built campus, with enhanced lobbies, conference space, a fitness center, and a dedicated amenity building. The project faces a green street where interaction and collaboration can thrive.
