Dynetech Centre is a 32-story, 615,000 sq ft high-rise building located in downtown Orlando. The high-rise includes 154,000 sq ft of office space on seven floors and 11,000 sq ft of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. There are also 164 residential apartments, an eight-level parking garage, and a rooftop pool. Brasfield & Gorrie self-performed the concrete-frame structure.
