The Banks is a master-planned, mixed-use development on Cincinnati’s riverfront between Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark. When completed, this development will include roughly 2.8 million sq ft of new mixed-use construction, including up to 1 million sq ft of office space, 1,800 housing units, 200 hotel rooms, 300,000 sq ft of retail space, and a 45-acre park.

Phase 1A, known as Current at The Banks, includes two six-story, wood-frame structures that consist of 300 residential units totaling 561,000 sq ft, retail space totaling 60,000 sq ft, and above-grade parking.
