Situated on 42 acres, the Coca-Cola Bottling Company facility features a 231,000 sq ft warehouse, 40,000 sq ft of office space, state-of-the-art conveying equipment, a check-in building with fleet fueling system, a fleet maintenance shop, a shipping office, 59 loading docks, a wash bay, and vending machine and cooler restoration stations. Designed to support both regional and local operations for Coca-Cola, the office space includes a print shop and large meeting rooms.

Shrinkage-compensating concrete was used for the warehouse slab to meet the client’s need for high quality and provide long-term equipment efficiency.
