The Arthrex Manufacturing and Central Services Facilities includes a 253,000 sq ft medical device manufacturing building and a 32,000 sq ft central services support building. The manufacturing building consists of 175,000 sq ft of floor space and a 20,000 sq ft ISO-7 (Class 10,000) clean room assembly for sterile packaging of manufactured medical devices. The remainder of the building consists of a two-story office space for support staff. The central services building houses a full-size commercial kitchen to feed employees, an eight-room patient clinic to provide on-site healthcare, and large training spaces for support staff.
